Yoga in Autumn, A Retreat at Villa Sophia, Daylesford - Balance or Full Payment

Apart from lots of different types of yoga, and meditation, yoga walks
and delicious vegan food, over the 2.5 days with Ernestine Burnett
you’ll also get to experience:
• Sound therapy, listening to Tibetan and crystal singing
bowls, ocean drum, koshi chimes, etc.
• Art therapy as a form of emotional expression, even for the
most artistically challenged among us (with Michele Hutchins)
• Zentangles and other easy but mesmerising activities
to open up our consciousness

Friday 20th

5.00 - 6.30pm           Arrival. Meet others. Refreshments.  Unpack

8.15 - 9.15pm           Introduction and Restorative Yoga

9.15pm           Bed

Saturday 21st

7.30 - 8.30am           Wake-up Yoga

8.45 - 9.30am           Breakfast

1.30 - 2.30pm           Lunch and discussion

2.30 - 3.00pm           Pack up and depart
