Yoga Retreat, Villa Sophia, Daylesford

A simply delicious Yoga retreat designed for everyone, experienced or
inexperienced, male or female.
Over the 2.5 days with Ernestine Burnett of Inner Sanctum Yoga.

You'll experience:

• Aligning, unwinding and restoring your body
• Bliss Out with Yoga Nidra, the perfect embodiment practice

7.30 - 8.30am           Wake-up Yoga

10.00 - 11.00am  Movement meditation and Yoga Nidra. Silence
11.15 - 11.45am  Silent Morning Tea

11.45 - 12.30pm  Silent Yoga Walk

12.30 - 12.50pm  Discussion

1.00 - 2.00pm           Lunch

2.00 - 4.00pm           Hands, feet and shoulder massages for everyone

4.00 - 5.30pm           Afternoon tea and free time

5.30 - 6.30pm           Sun and Moon salutation

6.45 - 7.30pm           Supper

7.45 - 9.15pm           Sound Healing

9.30pm           Bed

7.30 - 8.30am           Wake-up Yoga

10.00 - 11.00am  Breathing (Pranayama) workshop

11.15 - 11.45am  Morning Tea

11.45 - 12.30pm  Noisy walk!

12.30 - 1.30pm         Yin Yoga (stretching)

1.30 - 2.30pm           Lunch and discussion

2.30 - 3.00pm           Pack up and depart
